Preparation

In micro (800W): Remove cardboard. Open the plastic wrap slightly (or dot holes) and heat for approx. 45 sec. Stir and feel after the food is just warm.


On stove: Heat the food in a saucepan while stirring on medium heat until it is just warm.


The food should not be reheated.


Storage: At room temperature.


After opening: Can be kept in the fridge with a lid for 24 hours, if the food has not been reheated or has been eaten directly from.
